Primary vs Personal number

Hello,

I am a new TPG mobile customer.  Can you please explain to me the Primary vs Personal numbers?   I don't understand the two numbers nor my inability to use Primary to call contacts.

Hi @Tad00001,

Do you have multiple numbers when you signed up? It is more of a preference whether you want to use 1 mobile number as your primary or personal number.

Hi Ahra,

Thank you for your response. I didn’t have two numbers when I transferred across to TPG. It’s only appeared since. I don’t really care if the second number stays just as long as I can set my Primary as the default for all calls.
