Resetting of password for Slave Email Accoung

Hi, I have deletted the password for a slave email acount mistakenly , I have tried to reset it threw forgotton password function, but to no avail , its an old account and I cant remember the password.

Any suggestions

I've tried resetting through the forgot email option and each time I get the incorrect password message.
