The emails on my father's TPG Post Office account automatically delete after 45 days.
1. I need to retrieve an email from September 2021. Is there a way to do this?
2. I can't see in the account settings how to change the 45 day limit. Please advise if this can be done.
There's no way to change the limit as it is configured on our server, which is why we advise customers to download the emails using Email clients (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.).
We can't guarantee that the emails can be retrieved, but we'll try to check with our Post Masters.
Shoot me a PM with the Email account username or customer ID number to request this.
