Why are some emails going to spam when I have set even the advanced filter to direct to inbox. I am missing some important emails

Yes, you are missing the fact that TPG are completely clueless when it comes to this stuff. Wasting your time trying to get them to do anything with it. You will just get more obscure questions and silly statementsl.
