STILL NO INTERNET!!!!

This is the SECOND TIME I have tried to get an NBN technician over. Today it was cancelled by TPG; WHY?

I still have no internet and what's more is that I've had two days off work waiting for 4 hours for someone to not turn up. I've had multiple messages, multiple phone calls and now currently in line for the last half an hour to be transferred to a 'case manager' after being fobbed off by the first call centre person. What a joke. This service is atrocious.

We checked the case and learned that the NBN Co was the one who cancelled the appointment.

Your case manager raised this with them, however, we are still waiting for the response from our wholesale provider.

 

We'll chase this with our NBN Provisioning team and have someone to contact you for further discussion.
