STILL NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE CALLS, TEXTS or SEND texts

It’s been over 24 hours since I have contacted TPG to inform them that I cannot make calls , send texts or receive. Nothing has been done to rectify the issue. My phone service has not worked for over 2 weeks and they have not assisted me. They haven’t even offered me a free month!
I am taking further action. I even explained that I am a carer for my disabled brother have two elderly parents and run 2 businesses and have no way to contact people and still no urgency from this company!
