Second report - mail going to junk that is in advanced filter to go to inbox

When I last reported  this problem - I was advised that this was going to be looked into further up the chain. I am still having mail send to junk that I want direct to my inbox - I am not going to list all of them as there are many they are listed in the advanced filter settings. What can be done to rectify this?

We are sad to know that you're having issues with the email. We recommend to contact our postmaster directly to get real-time update you may send an email to postmaster@tpg.com.au together with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the e-mail address affected with the service).
