My 90 year old mum has been without her internet and phone service for 6 days. she has virtually cut off from her elderly freinds and her programs she watches via internet.
Is there a extra priority for elderly users that live alone.
From what i understand NBN Co is responsible because of faulty cable but I dosen't seem to be any urgency.
Any feedback ?
can I lodge a query with Telecommunication Ombudsman?
