Hello,

 I'm having an issue activating my SIM card. I'm porting my number from Optus but they have cancelled my service so I can't receive activation SMS. Could you please advise how I can solve this issue.

Are you able to check if you are able to use the service? If not, please provide us your preferred time and best number to be contacted and will have a Mobile support call you to check on this further.

having the exact same issue, please email me asap. been waiting nearly 3 days for activation now transferring from vodafone
