I am on the NBN Broadband Unlimited Superfast plan. I did have an issue when I first changed to this plan and I was supplied with a new modem and tech support was able to provided me with a very reasonable speed of around 230mbs.
However, I have been checking my speed over the past few days using the TPG Speed Test and I am now getting and average speed of 38.7mbs down, 14.0mbs up and a ping of 3.
As far as I know nothing has changed, I have rebooted the modem and used a computer connected directly to the modem via ethernet cable.
