I have been receiving numerous spam emails recently purporting to come from TPG requesting me to update my details or that my subscription has been cancelled. For example, from "no-reply@tpg.com.au" and "chealy@tpg.com.au".
Why is it TPG cannot check all outgoing emails with "@tpg.com.au" to see if they are really from TPG and filter out all the spam emails?
Hi @stanleylien
We'd like to check on this further and confirm if the emails were spam or legit.
Kindly send us a private message with your account details.

I agree. TPG do nothing to get rid of spam (particularly fake TPG emails). I'm going to the telecom communications ombudsman. I get about 3 per week on the average. Surely they can eliminate these - they aren't interested in customers just profits!
Hi @jetpilot,
Spam is a term covering a wide variety of cybersecurity threats and unwanted messages by email on your laptop, tablet, or other device.
There are steps you can take to limit the risks that spam poses to your devices and personal data, and to avoid falling victim to online scams.
Let us have your TPG email address via PM in order for us to assist further.
Thanks!
