Spam junk filter

is the TPG Junk Filter called that because the filter is junk?  Because it certainly doesn't prevent the delivery of junk email.  TPG seem to be totally clueless at this, frankly you have to question their cybersecurity capability at all.  Can see why they are the lowest cost provider, lowest cost for lowest effort.  Considering alternatives regardless of higher cost.

TPG helpdesk Has already been looking into this for weeks and i haven't had any reasonable solution yet, so I am not confidant this outcome will be any different.
