I have received NO email notification from TPG as to the proposed changed to Email service.
I have tried on at least three, maybe four, occasions to raise my concerns with TPG Live Chat - again without resolution.
I just want TPG to send me the notice which some clients obviously received about the changes to email, but I did not AND a date when emails need to be moved. I am not interested in transferring at this stage to Messaging Company so need to know a date for moving to another provider.
I note the Blurb on TPG website says emails will be deleted from 30 November but can't find any mention of a date when they need to be moved by.
Is it that difficult to provide two basic pieces of information to clients - notification of change and date when emails need to be moved??
