TPG NBN outage for 3 day and counting...

my NBN is down since 14th of March and i have no idea when its coming back.. is there refund on the days it goes off? 


i called TPG and they said it's an issue from NBN side.

Same issue internet down for 3 days and im working from home using my hotspot. I can't even get in touch with anyone from tpg, worst service i have ever seen

Hi @Basem,there's no outage affecting your service at the moment and we believe that you have also tried the troubleshooting above, but the internet is still not working.


As per checking, your concern has been raised to NBN and a technician has been booked to fix this. Further updates will be provided via SMS or phone call regarding the matter.
