I am a current TPG user and looking to upgrade our NBN plan to a faster option (we already have NBN setup). Our current TPG modem is 4yrs old and the last tech who came out a few months ago mentioned it needs to be upgraded as it is very slow. If we upgrade to a faster plan, can TPG include a new modem for no additional cost? Your chat is not working and I cannot connect via phone. Would appreciate a response. Thanks!
