Sorry to know that you are experiencing issues in using the roaming service. I've checked your account using your Community details and have seen that your roaming service is currently disabled.
Should you wish to have it re-enabled, we will need to send a request to reverse the prepaid amount that has been deducted to your account. This usually takes 1-2 business days.

We have raised this to one of our Accounts specialist. No need to reverse the roaming amount on file as you can still use this as your roaming allowance. Just enable your roaming online then restart your phone in an hour or two for it to work.
