Unable to access my email

Level 3

Can anyone help? I haven't been able to access my email for 6 hours.

I keep getting messages such as

Connection has timed out - The server at new-postoffice.tpg.com.au is taking too long to respond.

Never had such a problem with TPG email before.

Appeciate any advice as I'm not a techie

This is a disaster! What about clients who are overseas and need to access flight details, boarding passes and hotel bookings etc How long will it take?

Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.

 

The outage was caused by a failure affecting the storage system, through which the email systems operate. The failure has meant that customers have had difficulties using the email systems during the period of outage. Our network Engineers are actively working to resolve the issue at the earliest.
