Hi Team,
One of our customer is having issue while trying to receive calls using TPG Biz Phone Application. We have wiped the whole machines which is Windows 10 Home Based . and re install the OS and all related application but when it comes to Biz Phone where we we stuck where the user is unable to recieve the calls. We can see there is alert or message pop up for that but when we tried to receives the calls it seems to stuck and receiving party unable to hear any thing nor the call counter started after trying to receive the call. Can anyone advise what could be wrong.
