Unable to sendemail by smtp, ok by web browser from PC.

Unable to send by smtp, ok by web browser on PC. Receive error message   An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.8 [TPG-A02] Authentication denied. User xxx@tpg.com.au is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again".

Tried all suggestions on TPG community without success.  Ran Avira, checked accout settings, changed Passwords.  Receiving email ok.   Any further suggestion please?

Since you have done most of the troubleshooting steps, we will raise this issue to our PostMaster.
