Voice message - account about to expire

Im receiving a voice message on my mobile before I am connected to the phone number I wish to call, "Your account is about to expire, please contact our support team as soon as possible to avoid service interruptions."

 

I've been a customer of yours for over 4 years. I have no outstanding payments and pay on time each month.

 

Please may you assist ASAP?
