It's just a shame I wasn't allowed to give it to the user who was asking how to make a formal complaint.

You may not use your registration membership (or allow another person to use your registration membership) to post or transmit: 

 

"Rants," "slams," or legal threats against TPG or another company or competitor.

 

For reference, TIO will also require consumer(s) to coordinate complaints with their respective ISPs in order to resolve any concerns raised.

Hi Ahra_G,

 

Are you suggesting that providing the name and web address of the TIO somehow falls afoul of the Community Guideline that you quoted?  That would seem to be a very broad interpretation.

 

While I appreciate that you are doing your best, the reality is that my post was deleted when it only contained the name and web address of the TIO, and a suggestion that the other user may wish to make a complaint.  That sort of action does not make TPG look good.
