Why does my TPG outgoing mail server not work with Outlook 365?
I can receive mail just fine to Outlook 365.
And if I log on to tpg webmail I can receive and send just fine, but I want to be able to send through the convenience of Outlook 365.
All my other mail accounts are fine.
I am using Norton 360 Security including a secure VPN, but this is set ot AU region (and I have tried with the VPN switched off too and same result).
I have checked settings and mail server name mail.tpg.com.au etc all seems fine. I have tried all different settings for the outgoing server and nothing seems to work.
Please help me.

Have you confirmed the incoming and outgoing mail settings are correct?
