Get online support
My account has been cancellled for no reason - I am unable to make any outbound calls and cannot reach TPG on my phone. A phone message came up on my phone yesterday to say the account would be cancelled. Upon getting this message I contacted customer service who reassured me there was no problem with the account and the technical issue would be referred to tech support.
TODAY MY PHONE HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND I CANNOT MAKE ANY OTHER OUTBOUND CALLS.
Customer service cannot reach a supervisor despite the fact that I have been on the phone for over 40 minutes.
I have also emailed customer complaints with an urgent response but have not heard back.
Any thoughts on what I can do?
