Why is it sales will call in 4 minutes flat but its taken 1.5 weeks to not be able to get help

Booked in for a home move 2 weeks ago which received a confirmation email.  Been unable to contact TPG via phone, online support since then.. When I have managed to get through via online support I keep getting disconnected by operator online.

No phone calls being taken by call centre.

I have tried for a week and a half to get some assistance, been treated like crap so I thought id sign up as a new customer 4 MINUTES it took for a sales person to call me.. 4 minutes... Then when transfered me and ive been on hold for the last 40 minutes. Wont help existing clients will help themselves to new clients..

its same with me too. too dissatisfied by the online support service
