Yes, I too am experiencing the same issue on three different devices. Two are iOS and the other a Windows 10 environment.
I have the same issue, looking forward to TPG resolution.
I have been having same issue on my iphone 5se and home pc-it is frustrating and very annoying. More annoying because the issue is not recognised on the tpg service status-very poor service!
