cant send emails

Hi,

I can receive emails but have been unable to send emails from my iphone or laptop.  However, I can send emails in the tpg post office. 

 

I have changed my password etc and it is still not working. Very disappointing as this seems to be a recurrent thing....

 

Can you please unblock my account.

  • Is it happening on just 1 email or all outgoing mails?
  • Which email client(s) are you using? 
  • Please provide us with the email address via private message as well as screenshot(s) of the error you are getting
