Mobile phone account about to expire message

I'm Receiving a  voice message on my mobile when making calls saying " account about to expire call service team". Tried that for multiple times from this morning with no luck.

Checked my account and there are no outstanding balances & I'm using direct debit to pay my account.

Having had the chance to check your account, it did appear to be active and your account is up to date. 

 

A call back has been organised tomorrow from a member of our Mobile Support team to further check this along with you.
