email not working after move

moved home

email postoffice  has disappeared from account 

can recieved emails can not send emails

Hi @NJR ,

 

Thanks for raising this to us, if it shows error message when sending email, please post the screenshot on this thread ofr reference.

 

Also try to send an email using our Post Offce

Thanks for the additional details, I'd like to confirm if we are talking about TPG post office or 3rd party email post office. Please post a screenshot on this thread for reference.
