email stopped working today

updated account login, then post office not accessible - just sits there no login

help please

hello

website says email outage is fixed, but still not working here for my email/s

the link you sent does not show any email issues

why can I not log into my emails?

They changed it to "resolved" again - but it still isn't working.

are you able to advise if this will be fixed today,as email is crucial communications tool that I need to work

They will just tell you to check the status page https://support.tpg.com.au/servicestatus which is wrong of course.

 

It says "resolved" even though the email is still not working.

 

Just checked it again. Yep. Still wrong.

where are the technical gurus when stuff goes wrong?
