I have not been able to send emails since 23 august 2019.   I am now losing my patience.  Please do something about it.   Twice your staff have promised to solve the problem and they said they would phone back but they haven't.  I feel like taking the matter further.  The  message I get is "IP name possibly forged (203.8.181.79)"

We were able to locate your account using your community details and reviewed the notes from our Tech team.

 

It appears that you are using a third party email address to your Outlook email client.
