I have recently experienced the issue of not receiving emails from certain senders, I acces my email via my apple iphone mail app. I have checked the settings flor my TPG email and the junk filter is turned off, I have even added the email address for a known sender that I dont receive to the 'allowed' list but that had not chnaged anything.
Please advise
This is happening to me too, from my childs school in particular, its very frustrating.

Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number along with the email address that is affected.
