Access to MDF room

I have contacted with my BM and applied the access for the telecom room. But what he said is your technician guys have the key for that. I want to make it sure whether it is true.

For the installation of our ADSL/NBN/FTTB service, most of our contractor does have a key to access the MDF (Main Distribution Frame) of the building. However, there are some cases that the key of the MDF is different compared to what's avaialble which is why we advise our customers to make sure to advise their building manager or landlord to make the MDF accessible to avoid the delay of the service installation.
