Constant dropouts

Hi TPG community. For the past 2-3 month I have been experiencing constant dropouts. 4-5 times a day. Numerous technicians came and the problem still exists. I have FTTB and paying
almost $90 every month for service which is hardly working! Very upset!

Hi @Asl68 . When you have dropout, what happens to the DSL and Internet lights on router?

How long does the dropout last? 

Does it recover itself or do you do something?

What model router is it? 

In its System Log, are there any "PPP" messages around when the dropout occurs. If you save the log on your device, then copy and paste the messages from just before until just after in your reply.

Also, router has DSL statistics showing details about line quality. You could include them.
