FTTB activated but no internet

Hi,

Yesterday I received the activation email that my TPG FTTB installation is complete. However, I’m still seeing the “Your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured.” message. I have rebooted the modem and waited for hours but nothing seems to load. I’ve configured the modem and it says it’s connected to the internet but neither my phone nor laptop are actually connecting to the internet.

Could you please help with this?
