FTTB multiple dropouts per day

I’m getting very short dropouts (few secs) several times a day. I’ve reset the modem several times and makes no difference. The TPG modem is fairly new. This has been happening for a few months now. When it’s working it’s always around 110 Mbps. The dropouts cause browsing and streaming issues and are very frustrating.

Hi @Mark51, do you notice any changes on the modem lights whenever the connection drops? Is this impacting both wired and wifi devices?

Yes the DSL and internet lights go out and then after a while start blinking. Then stay on until next time. Several times per day.
Both wifi and ethernet are affected.
