FTTB no internet connection with DSL light is on

Level 2
IThe internet connection has lost since 2 days ago, but was working very fine only the first day of installation. I tried to reset the modem several times , but no internet connection back on still. I called TPG , no one could help . They said wait for 24 hrs. I did and no one has contacted me since then . TPG people transferred me to a different people , but they don’t know what they should help me. They kept me holding the line for hours. Thank u so much.
