Hello,
We have a TPG FTTB connection to our comms room in the basement of our apartment building in Southbank VIC but, on their system, a connection is not available for the addresses of the premises of the different street frontages.
All premises are connected to this comms room and I've confirmed with the building management that everyone in the building should be able to connect to TPG FTTB.
It seems these addresses weren't added to their database after installation.
