FTTP

I have a letter from NBN Co regarding the availability of FTTP at my address, and it advises that I should contact my ISP regarding my wish to ugrade. Theres nothing on the TPG website to assist with this. I have had repeat issues with a noisy line causing dropouts to my connection, and believe this might assist the issue. How do I register my interest, or is TPG not participating? The latter might cause me to find an ISP who does.
