i changed isp`s 10 days ago , nbn.co tech was at my house within 3 days and connected me to the fibre in the street and another tech is due next week to connect my house to the fibre. i wish i had taken the leap months ago instead of waiting .
When io rang tpg to cancel my connection they told me they could offer the same speeds as i am getting which is great after another isp does all the leg work to get the fibre connected but too late
