Very difficult to get a straight answer here however I'd like to ask about the TPG items in my picture which is installed in my aparment block. What are they & can I get connected to them?

So you know how long it normally takes for logistics to get back to you? Because the other customer who had a similar issue was confirmed & connected within 3 days.

Coming on 2 months now is this the sort of service to be expected if I switch to TPG?
