If your current premise is already running on the FTTB, phone and internet services will be delivered over the current network, not the existing network which was the ADSL2+.
However, if you want to relocate your service to a new premise with an ADSL2+ connection, our Moving Home Team will help in confirming the available type of connection on the new address.
