HG659 wireless not stable

Hi Team,

I'm with TPG NBN for more than 2 years, and it's been a while, the wireless connection is not stable, especially with small devices, like phone, iPad. Laptops connection are always better than those small devices.

Sometimes, from smartphone, home wifi (from HG659) says connected but no internet.

Just wondering, is there any troubleshooting steps I could try?

We ran an initial test to your service it shows getting a passing speed on the line and connected for 6d 5h 41m.

Your colleague just help upgraded HG659 firmware this Monday. I will try couple of days, to see if it's getting better performance or not.
