I have FTTP installed for a long while now, but I plan on having the part of the house where the fiber is renovated. Is there a service for a technician to disconnect the fiber and reconnect at a later time like for electricity?
For NBN NTD relocation, customers are required to contact NBN Co directly to arrange this.
Service providers are not able to get this done as there was an agreement between the installer and the owner of the house before they put it the equipment. To clarify the concern, it needs to be discussed between NBN Co and customer.
