New connection packet loss

Hi All,
I’m new to TPG with new FTTB connection, unfortunately it’s beena rough ride since joining. To begin with I’m paying for 90Mbps but I rarely get that speed to top it all connection feels slow. Being curious i dug bit more and found out its due to packet loss. Could anyone please help me here.
