How long will it take to finish my advance payment?

As a new customer, I have finished the registration on last Friday. Now the “Track Installation Process” shows that you are processing my payment. I want to know how long the payment process will take?

Direct debit payments take 3 to 4 working days to clear after your details have been entered into our system. 

We will send further progress notifications via email and SMS, so please check your mobile and email regularly.
