Huawei router is dying

Hello,

I've been with TPG FTTB since 2016. Lately the main wifi "address" has broken and only the 5G connection will work. Is this something that could be fixed with a firmware upgrade, or do I need a new router, and if the latter, is it possible to organise that with you, please?
