Internet FTTB not working after a couple of days

Hi, Internet is not working. I have tried restarting the modem. The wlan light keeps flashing with no internet.

The support page doesn't let you chat, it says that all the representatives are busy. The phone number for support doesn't work.

Ironically the only way to get support about not having internet is by online chat.


How can I check where the problem is? I have FTTB, where can I check if there is an outage (not NBN outage)?


Can you please help?
