No NBN connection in unit

I applied for TPG NBN50 bundel plan. I got router last week.
My account ID is  6780977 and user name is zhongchubo.
The NBN installation was complete on 3rd April. But the technican did not come in to my unit. It is 5 days now and still no internet connection!!
I tried everything for internet connection, but the DSL light is still black and no internet.
The phone line is connected to the DSL port.
I entered the username and password but still can not connect.
I went to check the pppoe_ptm_2_0_d interface. the status is DSL disconnected.

Hi,

I have done some remote test and noted that your modem might be not connected to correct socket or some other equipments are connected with other socket so can you provide me some more information like how many socket, and any device are connected to any other socket?

There are 2 telephone sockets in my unit.
VR1600v modem is connecting the wall socket only and non other device.
