Hi Im seongmin Kim
I moved from the same apartment to another unit, do I have to register the unit number again to use Wi-Fi? There is a Wi-Fi that I am using before, but I am trying to use Wi-Fi after moving to another unit, but it doesn't work

Though you moved on the same building but different unit number, we still need to process a service transfer request as your modem/router is configured to the current unit number.

A relocation order needs to be lodged so your service will be activated at unit 315. We cannot guarantee it can be activated today. Nevertheless, we've sent a request to our relocation team to contact you for further assistance.
