Slow internet and dropouts

My internet keeps droping out (keep getting this popup saying, "internet slow find out why". I also have great trouble playing youtube videos, it's forever freezing for a while, video plays back super slow with a robotic sound as well as freezing with a loud buzzing sound. Watching youtube is almost impossible. This has been going on since I moved into my new house and had the tech connect me about 6 to 8 weeks ago. The node in my area is directly outside my home so I have absolutely no idea as to what the problem is.

Any ideas?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and have run some remote test.

 

We were not able to detect any fault within the copper network, in fact your modem is getting a good sync speed with 54 Mbps Downstream and 22 Mbps Upstream.
